Domestic Orders:
We ship via U.S. Postal Service
Priority mail. This should have your tea to you in 3-5 business days. We
are not responsible for late, damaged or lost parcels. If you are concerned about the delivery or condition of
your parcel, please contact your local postmaster.
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, US Postal Service Express and Insured Mail
are available. If you would prefer one of these services, please place
your order by phone rather than online.
International Orders:
Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada. Please makes sure to
note that the shipping destination is Canadian when filling out the order
information.
We do not charge "Handling".
Product Returns:
Tea products cannot be returned for obvious safety reasons. If we ship
you the wrong tea, we'll send you the correct replacement at no charge to
you.
Undamaged and unused accessories can be returned for a full refund or credit. We will not ship you substitute items/alternates
unless you request that we do so.
Security:
We make every effort to keep your information secure. We do not share our records with
anyone, period! .We respect your privacy as our own.
